serves 2-3 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons white wine 1 lb sockeye salmon fillets cut in 2 pieces |
Season fillets with salt and pepper. Brush fillets with sauce and place on hot grill. Baste with sauce and grill for about 2 minutes, turn and baste again cook another 2-3 minutes. |
