Baked Pepper Jack Oysters
prep time: 10-15 minutes
cook time: 8-10 minutes
serves: 3 to 6 shucked oyster per person


shell oysters - allow 3-6 per person
butter
garlic powder
worchestershire sauce
pepper jack cheese
Shuck 3- 6 oysters per person. Place oyster, deep shell side down, on baking tray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle each oyster with garlic powder, and a drop of worchestershire sauce. Top with a dab of butter (optional but good) and a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese. Bake until oyster starts to curl around the edges and cheese is bubbly.
