Place lobster head first into boiling salted water to cover. The lobster should sink to the bottom of the pot. Boil as according to the size chart.
NOTES: Allow 1 pound of lobster in shell, per person. A 2-pound lobster will yield about 8 oz. of cooked meat. A 1-1/14 pound lobster will yield about 3 to 4 oz. of cooked meat.
