Cook Time: 20 minutes Makes 20 appetizers 4 Frank's Crab Cakes 20 Colossal Shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail left on ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers 4 tablespoons melted butter 1 oz. chopped chives for garnish |
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mound approximately 2 tablespoons crab meat into each shrimp and press gently to close. Place stuffed sides up in a large buttered baking dish. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the stuffed shrimp. Drizzle the melted butter over shrimp. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. |
