| Cook in a cast-iron skillet heated as hot as possible (this creates a lot of smoke, so if you have smoke detectors in your house disconnect them first). Great for Tuna, Marlin, Mahi, Shark, Sword & Catfish. Cut fish 1/2 inch thick 3 pounds fish, cut 1/2 inch thick 1/2 pound unsalted butter 1/2 cup of Frank's Seafood Blackened Seasoning |
Cut fish into 6 equal pieces. Melt butter and put in shallow dish for dipping fish. Place Frank's Blackened Seasoning into a separate dish. Dip the pieces of fish into the butter first and then into Franks Blackened Seasoning. Place coated fish on cold plate and refrigerate for 15 min. Heat skillet, place fish in skillet and cook 1-2 min per side. Serve with lemon wedges. |
