| Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes Makes 6 servings 2 tablespoons margarine 1 medium sweet onion, chopped 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined ¼ cup vodka 2 cups water 1 package Knorr® Tomato with Basil recipe mix ½ cup heavy cream ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 pound penne or rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained |
1. Melt margarine in a large skillet over
medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring
occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add garlic
and cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and
cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp
almost turn pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in
vodka and cook 1 minute.
2. Stir in water and Knorr® Tomato with Basil recipe mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cream and cheese. Toss with hot pasta. |
