Inactive Cook Time: 2 hours Cook Time: 15 minutes Makes 4 servings MARINADE 1 teaspoon ginger powder 2 tablespoons soy sauce ½ bunch scallions 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons water FISH 4 4 oz. salmon steaks skin on, pin bones out |
1. In a stainless steel bowl, mix all the
ingredients. Lay the salmon on a plate in
one layer. Brush one side, then turn over
and brush the other side with the
marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2
hours.
2. Heat broiler or grill to a moderate heat. Mark the "flesh" side of the salmon first;turn over and finish cooking on the skin side. Allow 15 minutes to complete the cooking process. |
